The villa itself sleeps 8 persons comfortably in its 4 double bedrooms and boasts a host of luxury features to ensure your stay is both a pleasant one and indeed a comfortable one. Whether your ideal holiday is relaxation with a capital "R" or clubbing till the early hours in nearby Bodrum, Villa Yasemin is the perfect place for you and your friends or family. Relax and enjoy a peaceful breakfast by the private pool as you ponder your itinerary for the forthcoming day and take in the breathtaking scenery of the world renowned Bodrum peninsula and its inviting azure blue sea. The breathtaking rugged mountain views and the air perfumed with a hint of mandarin from the fruit groves indigenent to the peninsula combine for a never to be forgotten experience. Villa Yasemin is located within easy walking distance of the sandy beaches with mature gardens and crystal clear waters. Should you wish to enjoy the golden sands of Altinkum then this is a ten minute drive away by car (We can arrange Car Hire). We also have an agreement with a local 5 star hotel for our guests to have use of their facilities and restaurants and bars. Chauffeurs can be arranged free of charge if you wish to enjoy the local restaurants and bars without the need to watch your alcoholic intake (well you are on holiday aren't you?)	The Villa Yasemin's huge pool area Safety is paramount at Villa Yasemin and the pool area can be made off limits to curious little holiday makers.

We hope you enjoy your stay at the Villa Yasemin and just to make sure we have built the villa to very high standards ensuring comfort and safety at all times. The villa consists of 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite facilities), 2 twin bedded rooms with ample room for child's cot in any of the bedrooms. There are 2 salons (illustrated) one upstairs and the downstairs salon has satellite T.V. Both are airy and spacious. The Kitchen is well equipped with Gas/electric cooker, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities. There are also separate fridge freezers and a state of the art automatic washing machine. The kitchen is fully stocked with high quality cooking and dining utensils/crockery and there is ample seating for 8 persons in the adjacent dining room. Telephone calls can be made locally free of charge and see below for details of our welcome package.	The services of a local cook can be arranged to provide traditional Turkish food or a special Bar-B-Q night can be organised for you.

Safety During your Stay Nobody likes to think the worst can happen whilst you are on holiday but here at the Villa Yasemin we believe in being prepared. The Villa has fitted smoke alarms for your personal safety and security. A CO2 fire extinguisher is provided in the kitchen along with a fire blanket. A well stocked first aid cabinet is also provided and the services of a local Doctor and a health center are just minutes away. The Pool area can be safely made off limits to children when adult supervision is not possible so you can have complete peace of mind to enjoy you well earned vacation.Wheelchair access with 2 downstairs bedrooms and bath room and portable access ramps Villa Yasemin is ideally suited to physically challenged persons.
Villa Yasemin rental prices per week up to 8 persons (all prices include V.A.T. and all local taxes) Prices below are per week . There is a 20% discount for second week. Useful Information Doctors and a private medical center are located 10 mins drive from the Villa . A chemist is also located near to the villa most antibiotics are available over the counter and many of the chemists are English speaking. A first aid kit is provided in the villa for non urgent applications.Although the cost of medical treatment is considerably lower than in the U.K. it is advisable to have adequate medical insurance.Doctors and hospitals will provide reports for insurance purposes but you must ask at the time of payment!
